The Lab's interactive experiments and tools — including gesture-driven pages, camera-based demos, and the figure skating score calculator — are creative and educational demonstrations. They are provided as-is, may change or break at any time, and their output should not be relied upon for any official, competitive, medical, or commercial purpose.

The figure skating calculator is an unofficial study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any national or international skating federation, and its results are estimates — not official scores.

Camera-based demos (such as hand-gesture and pulse experiments) process camera input locally in your browser on your own device. Camera images are not recorded, stored, or transmitted to any server. The pulse demo is an entertainment experiment, not a medical device; it must not be used for diagnosis, monitoring, or any health decision.

Client projects are presented with the client's permission, as a record of design work performed. All third-party names, logos, and trademarks that may appear on this site remain the property of their respective owners; their appearance does not imply endorsement of this site, or by it.

This site links to external sites and experiments hosted on third-party platforms. Those destinations are outside the Lab's control, and no responsibility is accepted for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

This site requires no account and sets no advertising or tracking cookies. When served from its production host, anonymous performance metrics (page speed) may be collected by the hosting platform to keep the site fast.

If you write through the contact page or join a waitlist on one of the Lab's project sites, the details you submit — how to address you, phone, email, and your message — are transmitted by FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service, straight to the Lab's inbox. That information is used solely to read and answer your message. It is never sold, shared, or used for marketing. To have your correspondence deleted, send a request via the contact page.

This site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
