Privacy Policy

The short version: your camera is processed on your own device, your decks and notes stay on your machine, and the only personal data this site ever collects is the email address you choose to leave on the cloud waitlist — used once, to tell you when the beta opens.

✦1. The Camera

Presentation Brain's gesture control works by processing your camera feed locally in your browser, on your device. Camera images are never recorded, stored, or transmitted to any server — not by the app today, and by design not in the planned cloud edition either (only pairing signals would travel).

✦2. Your Decks and Notes

Presentations, speaker notes, and settings live on your own machine. Nothing you present passes through our servers. The planned cloud edition is designed to store decks and notes in your own Google Drive, under your own account — a separate privacy notice will accompany that edition when it launches.

The free Brain works the same way: typed notes and any folder or file you point it at (including Markdown vaults) are read locally in your browser to build the graph you see. That content is never uploaded or transmitted anywhere.

✦3. The Waitlist

If you join the cloud waitlist, your email address is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, a third-party form-relay service, over an encrypted connection. It is used once — to tell you when the cloud beta opens. No newsletter, no marketing list, never sold or shared. To be removed, write to us and the address is deleted.

✦4. What Else Exists

• Hosting logs — the infrastructure serving this site (Vercel) processes standard connection data (IP address, browser type) to deliver pages and prevent abuse.
• No analytics profiles, no advertising, no tracking cookies.
• No accounts. The app pages (the free Brain and the full edition) require no sign-up and store no account data.

✦5. Your Rights, Children, Changes

Ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of anything we hold (that's at most: your waitlist email and any correspondence) via the contact page. The site is not directed at children under 13. This policy may be updated; the date above reflects the latest revision. See also the Terms of Use.
