All content on this site — code, design, text, photography, illustrations, artwork, animations, and interactive work — is © 2026 Nathalie Chou Lab, all rights reserved. You may browse and enjoy it; you may not copy, reuse, reproduce, or redistribute any of it without prior written permission. The artwork sold in the shop, including the Heyhey drawings, remains Nathalie Chou's property — buying a printed item does not transfer any rights in the underlying artwork.

The shop page showcases original designs and links to our store hosted by Shopify. Orders, payment, and shipping are handled there: prices, taxes, shipping costs, delivery times, and returns are as stated at checkout, and Shopify's checkout terms apply to the transaction flow. Items are printed to order and shipped by our print partner.

If something arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us via the contact page with a photo and your order number and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. Because items are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for size or preference — please check the size chart before ordering.

The Lab's experiments and tools — gesture-driven pages, camera demos, the figure skating calculator — are creative and educational demonstrations, provided as-is; they may change or break at any time, and their output must not be relied on for any official, competitive, medical, or commercial purpose. The figure skating calculator is an unofficial study tool with no affiliation to any skating federation. Paid Pro licenses for the calculator are sold and governed by Astra Stella LLC's Terms of Service.

Please don't misuse the site — no attempting to breach or probe its infrastructure, no scraping content for republication, no using it for anything unlawful. Access may be suspended for material breach of these terms. If your breach of these terms or misuse of the site causes a third-party claim against the Lab or its operator, you agree to cover the losses and reasonable legal costs that claim causes.

The site links to external destinations — project sites, the Shopify store, and third-party platforms — that are outside the Lab's control. No responsibility is accepted for their content, availability, or practices.

The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Nathalie Chou Lab nor its operator shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, its tools, or its demos — and total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the free site and demos shall not exceed USD 50. Shop purchases are governed by the checkout terms stated at the store; Calculator Pro licenses by Astra Stella LLC's Terms of Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute that cannot be resolved informally belongs to the state or federal courts located in Washington. If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force.
