✦ Presentation Brain — a Nathalie Chou Lab tool

Terms of Use

Last updated — July 19, 2026

1. What This Is

Presentation Brain is a gesture-driven presentation tool by Nathalie Chou Lab, currently offered free of charge as pre-release software. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — including fitness for a particular purpose. Rehearse with it before any presentation that matters; pre-release software can misbehave at the worst moment, and you use it at your own risk.

The public app is the free Brain edition — provided as-is, as described above. The full edition (decks, slide control, and the local helper) is shared by invitation only and unlocked with a passphrase; these same terms apply to both.

2. The Waitlist

Joining the cloud waitlist creates no obligation on either side — it is not a purchase, a reservation, or a promise that the cloud edition will launch on any date, at any price, or at all. If and when a paid cloud tier launches, it will be offered under its own terms of service, presented to you before you pay anything.

3. Ownership

Presentation Brain's software, design, name, and content are © 2026 Nathalie Chou Lab — all rights reserved, proprietary, and not open source. No license is granted to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of it. Your decks and notes are, of course, entirely yours — the tool claims no rights whatsoever over what you present.

4. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nathalie Chou Lab and its operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including a presentation that goes wrong — arising from use of this free tool; total aggregate liability shall not exceed USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

5. Governing Law, Changes, Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. They may be updated from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision. Questions: nathalie.studio/contact.html · The site's Privacy Policy forms part of these terms.
